1. LEGAL NOTICE

These provisions regulate the use of the Internet portal service www.salvatlogistica.com (hereinafter, the "Portal") that Salvat Logística, S.A. makes available to Internet users.

Salvat Logística, S.A., with registered office at Calle Atlàntic, 102-110, 08040 BARCELONA, Spain and Tax ID: ES A08711558, is registered with the following details: Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, Volume 4857, Book 4176, Page 70, Sheet 53372, Entry 1ª. Telephone: 932638900.

Access to the website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by you. Certain services may be exclusive to our clients and access to them may be restricted. Services advertised in general have the price indicated in the corresponding commercial proposal.

Comment:

The use of the Portal attributes the condition of user of the Portal (hereinafter, the "User") and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice and in the Privacy Policy. The provision of the Portal’s service is limited to the time the User is connected to the Portal or any of the services provided through it. Therefore, the User must read this Legal Notice carefully each time they intend to use the Portal, as it and its terms of use may be modified.

Certain services of the Portal accessible to Internet users or exclusive to Company clients may be subject to specific conditions, regulations, and instructions which, where applicable, replace, complete, and/or modify this Legal Notice and therefore must be accepted by the User before the provision of the service begins.

2. CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PORTAL

2.1 General

The User undertakes to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to Company or to third parties for any damages that may arise as a result of breaching this obligation.

The use of the Portal for purposes harmful to the assets or interests of Company or third parties is expressly prohibited, as is any other use that overloads, damages, or disables Company or third-party networks, servers, and other computer equipment (hardware) or software products and applications.

2.2 Contents

The User undertakes to use the Contents in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as any other applicable conditions, regulations, and instructions pursuant to clause 1.

By way of example, the User must refrain from:

Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available or otherwise publicly communicating, transforming, or modifying the Contents unless expressly authorised by Salvat Logística España, S.L. or the legitimate rights holder, or unless expressly permitted by law.

Likewise, the reproduction or copying for private use of Contents considered as Software or Database under current intellectual property law is prohibited, as well as their public communication or provision to third parties when such actions necessarily imply reproduction by the User or a third party.

Any extraction and/or reuse of all or a substantial part of the Contents of the Portal, as well as of the databases made available by Company to Users, is prohibited.

2.3 Data collection forms

Without prejudice to clause 6 of this Legal Notice, the use of certain services or requests addressed to Salvat Logística España, S.L. is subject to the prior completion of the corresponding User registration.

All information provided by the User through the Portal forms must be truthful. To this end, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated and must keep the information provided to Company updated at all times, so that it reflects the User’s real situation. In any case, the User shall be solely responsible for false or inaccurate statements made and the damages caused to Salvat Logística España, S.L. or third parties.

At Salvat Logística S.A we process the information you provide in order to send you advertising related to our products and services by any means (postal, email, or telephone). The data provided will be retained as long as you do not request the cessation of activity. The basic-level data you provide will not be transferred to third parties except where there is a legal obligation or when required to perform the services you have contracted or will contract. To ensure the correct processing of your data, Salvat Logística S.A establishes confidentiality agreements with its employees, suppliers, partners, and service companies. You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Salvat Logística S.A is processing your personal data; therefore, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, or request its deletion when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

The data provided by the User will be governed by the Portal’s Privacy Policy.

2.4 Introduction of links to the Portal

The Internet user who wishes to introduce links from their own web pages to the Portal must comply with the conditions set out below, and ignorance of them does not avoid legal liability:

The link may only connect to the Portal’s home page and may not reproduce it in any way (online links, copy of texts, graphics, etc.).

It is prohibited, under applicable law, to establish frames or other mechanisms that surround the Portal or allow viewing of the Contents through Internet addresses other than those of the Portal, and in any case when displayed together with external content such that: (i) users may be misled or confused about the true origin of the service or Contents; (ii) constitute unfair comparison or imitation; (iii) take advantage of Company’s brand reputation; or (iv) are otherwise prohibited by law.

No false, inaccurate, or incorrect statements about Company, its partners, employees, clients, or the quality of its services may be made from the linking page.

In no case shall the linking page state that Salvat Logística España, S.L. has authorised the link or supervises, endorses, or collaborates with the sender’s services.

The use of any trademark, logo, or other distinctive sign of Salvat Logística España, S.L. on the sender’s page is prohibited unless permitted by law or prior agreement with Salvat Logística España, S.L., and only if the direct link to the Portal is allowed as established in this clause.

The page establishing the link must comply with the law and may not link to or contain content that: (i) is illegal, harmful, or contrary to morality (pornographic, violent, racist, etc.); (ii) may induce the User to believe that Company endorses the sender’s ideas, statements, or expressions; or (iii) is inappropriate in relation to the content and theme of the sender’s webpage.
