This Business Integrity is based on the Basic Principles set out in our Ethical Code, applicable to all parties involved in the development of our activity, who must act in accordance with Legality, Ethics and in a Sustainable way.

The SALVAT Organization has implemented an Internal Information System (SIIF), which integrates different internal information channels and serves as a fundamental pillar for promoting a culture of Ethical, Responsible and Sustainable behaviour, with duties of supervision, control and prevention in terms of Regulatory Compliance.

This system provides a channel to diligently process communications regarding infractions and regulatory breaches, ensuring full protection for informants and preventing retaliation.

The SIIF has been designed with the necessary measures and mechanisms for security, confidentiality, data protection and whistleblower protection, appropriate recording, preservation and non-alteration of information, prevention of conflicts of interest, and prohibition of retaliation; guaranteeing, when needed, the anonymity of the informant.
