Internal Information System (SIIF)
The Entity has implemented an Internal Information System (SIIF), which constitutes a key element for the supervision, control and prevention in the field of regulatory compliance, reflecting the highest commitment, rigour and professionalism in terms of security, confidentiality, data protection, experience, independence and knowledge in the handling of communications received.
The internal information channels integrated into the System have been implemented through technical tools that meet all the necessary requirements to provide and guarantee our aforementioned commitments. Likewise, the SIIF guarantees the basic principles of anonymity, appropriate recording, storage and non-alteration, prevention of conflicts of interest, protection of the informant and prevention of retaliation.
Through this System, every informant must in good faith report any indication, suspicion or evidence of possible regulatory breaches, crimes, unethical behaviour and, in general, non-compliance with the Entity’s protocols, rules and codes of conduct.

Purpose of data collection, processing and use of data
Data are collected and used for the following purposes:
- So that the user can request information or get in touch with our organisation.
- So that the user can contract our services.
- So that the user receives information about products and services related to those contracted with us.
- To manage any type of request, suggestion, complaint or claim regarding our professional services made by interested parties, carrying out the management and transfer, where appropriate, to the department responsible for the proper handling and compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.

Three months after receipt, the communications will be deleted, except in the case of retention to prove and provide evidence of the existence and operation of the System and/or on the basis of other compliance requirements to which the information is linked, with the informant’s identity being kept anonymous in an independent area with appropriate security measures.

We undertake to respond to your request within a maximum period of 30 working days.
Data protection authority in Spain
If the user wishes to enforce their data protection rights and considers that we are not respecting them, they may contact the supervisory authority for data protection (https://www.aepd.es/es). However, as a first step, a complaint may be submitted to the Data Protection Officer, who will resolve the complaint within a maximum period of two months.
