Business Ethics

Salvat's Code of Ethics establishes the Basic Principles underpinning the Ethical, Social, Anti-Corruption and Equality Duties and Responsibilities incumbent upon each member of the Organization and its Stakeholders, the scope of which extends to the Company itself, its Logistics Chain, Suppliers, Customers and Society at large, and is mandatory for each and every one of them.

The Code of Ethics is the most effective way to prevent Irresponsible and/or Illegal Conduct by those who work for and on behalf of the Salvat Organization and who are directly or indirectly involved in the operation of our business, within a framework of Compliance.

The Code of Ethics embodies a set of Ethical Duties and Responsibilities that enable the Salvat Organization to conduct its business Fairly and Equitably.

Through a Cooperative and Transparent approach, Salvat aspires to develop and maintain a relationship of Trust and Transparency among the member Companies of the Organization; and between Society and Stakeholders in the conduct of its business, including individuals, groups, associations and public/private institutions of all kinds, Customers and Suppliers, whose contributions in commercial, administrative and financial terms is required for Salvat to achieve its Social and Business objectives.
