Business Integrity

Salvat strives to operate its Business and Services in a Legal, Ethical and Sustainable manner, ensuring that our Business Practices comply with current legal requirements.
Business Integrity is based on the Basic Principles established in our Code of Ethics, applicable to all stakeholders and participants in the operation of our business, which must be done Legally, Ethically and Sustainably.
We believe that an Organization can only be managed sustainably and prepared for the future when everyone directly or indirectly involved in the Business embraces and promotes Fair and Equitable Business Practices.
If you wish to report any behavior that violates the Basic Principle of Business Integrity established in our Code of Ethics, you can do so here.
The SALVAT Organization has implemented an Internal Information System (SIIF), which integrates the different internal information channels and is configured as a fundamental axis for promoting a culture of ethical, responsible, and sustainable action, with the duty of supervision, control, and prevention in matters of regulatory compliance.
This system provides a channel for diligently reporting violations and regulatory non-compliance, with full protection for whistleblowers and no risk of retaliation.
The SIIF has been designed with the necessary measures and mechanisms for security, confidentiality, data protection, and whistleblower protection, as well as for the proper recording, storage, and non-alteration of information, the prevention of conflicts of interest, and the prohibition of retaliation, guaranteeing, where necessary, the anonymity of the whistleblower.
For detailed information on the principles of action and fundamental guarantees governing the Internal Information System (SIIF), as well as the communication channels established in accordance with regulatory requirements, please see and access the General Policy on the Internal Information System and Whistleblower Protection.
